The space will be assigned to each applicant on a "first come, first served basis" in order of application.
Booth rental fee includes:
 

- Rental of space provided
- One set of information desk and chair
- Daily cleaning of your space.
- 2 of Exhibitor Name Badges
  (Allowed to have Lunches, Coffee Break, Welcome reception and to join Technical Session)
- Complimentary Registration for 1 delegate

 
 
The total amount of the participation fee needs to be received in advance with your application form. There is no charge for the cancellation received prior to March 31, 2008. The charge for cancellation received from April 1 through May 31 is 50% of the total amount of the participation fee. No refund for cancellation received after June 1 will be given. Payment can be made using major credit cards or wire transfer. The detailed information on payment is as written on the application form (Please refer to the application form attached for the payment).
