To make a hotel reservation, please complete
the registration form by on-line or e-mail. The
hotel reservation will be made on a first-come,
first-served basis and one night deposit must
be guaranteed by a credit card in order to secure
your reservation. Participants should pay the
hotel fee directly upon checking out in Korean
Won. If you cancel your hotel reservation after
July 4, 2008, one night deposit as a penalty will
be drawn from your credit card.
